Description: I was with my kids at a carnival that came into town. I was taking pictures with my cell phone. Well when I got home I put the pictures on my computer. Well that is when I saw the object. The next day I went back with another one of my kids. So I took pictures with a digital camera and my kid saw the thing that I could not see so I took pictures in that direction and when I got home I had more proof.

Comments: The object in the photo is not readily identifiable, but it could be a bird. The witness's report is somewhat sketchy and he has not responded to investigator questions. His report suggests that one of his kids actually saw the object and he couldn't. The photo was of low resolution so enlargement of the object doesn't really reveal any detail.
