Description: Two of us were taking part in an interview on a desolate road in the middle of the White Mountain National Forest (Tripoli Road) on September 23 at approximately 7:45 or 8:00 P.M. It was a clear cool night. The film crew noticed strange lights in the sky behind us and asked us to turn around. A silent yellow pinpoint of light blinked on followed by another silent yellow light. They then rapidly moved toward each other and danced around a bit before blinking out. The production company caught it on film. Neither of us have witnessed anything like it and have no logical explanation for it. When we returned to the resort two employees reported their UFO sightings to us, only they witnessed a total of 9 or 10 lights. First four appeared and blinked out. Then five or six blinked along rapidly in rapid succession. This occurred approximately 10 air miles to the northwest of our location. The following day another employee reported a similar sighting to me. She observed five low silent yellow lights in a chevron pattern about 10 miles north of the resort. She wasn't certain about the time. She ran into her home to point them out to her husband, but when she returned they had disappeared. Pete Geremia is going to check with the Air National Guard to see if they were training in that area. They definitely were not flares.

Comments: The investigators were participating in the filming of a documentary when the lights were noticed. They obviously didn't feel that the lights were due to flares or military exercises. However, they stated that someone would be checking on military exercises. An article on a Vermont news website stated that the recent night sightings in New Hampshire and Vermont were due to activities of the Vermont National Guard. Click here to read article.
