Weather: Skies Were Clear. Visibility Was 10 Miles. Winds Were Calm.

Additional Information Supplied by Witness:
In answer to your questions, our answers correspond with your numbering:

1. There were six witnesses, including the photographer.
2. Video camera used: Aiptek - ISDV2.4, multifunction DV (4x zoom/7.4 mm lens).
3. We were siitting by the campfire in the woods of the White Mountains, NH.
4. The lights didn't move at all. If you slow down the video at the beginning, you will be able to make out the lights more clearly. Later in the video are sparks from the fire, which are quite obviously sparks.

Comments: The video doesn't show the spinning object. It is difficult to determine the movement of the lights in the video because of probable camera movement. The witnesses stated that the lights were stationary when the video was taken. Analysis of still images extracted from video did not reveal any more details. The source of the lights in the beginning of the video is therefore not known. An article on a Vermont news website stated that the recent night sightings in New Hampshire and Vermont were due to activities of the Vermont National Guard.
