Beaver is in Central Wisconsin About 50 Miles East of Eau Claire.

Description: I saw a blinding light similar to a huge spotlight. The light shined across our deck in a west to the northeast pattern. The light was soundless, but it caused all the coyotes and dogs to begin to howl loudly for several minutes.

Note: Many sightings were received later in the day on September 19 (around 8 PM EDT). These sightings were due to the launch of a NASA rocket. The above sighting occurred many hours before the East Coast sightings and is therefore not due to the NASA rocket launch. The above sighting is intriguing considering the description and the response of animals.
