Description: From 3:07 AM to about 6:00 AM, one of my video cameras located out front of my home captured what appears to be a 2 to 3 foot vertical light moving around in the air. The size and shape could be compared to a baton without the ends if you can relate, except it looks like a transparent light. After noticing this weird phenomenon I decided to walk outside in the front of my place while the cameras were still recording. When I got back inside I let the video continue to record because the light was still moving around. I stayed up a bit longer to view the strange lighted object until around 4 :30 AM at which time I got tired and went to sleep. The next day I reviewed my DVR recordings and could not believe what I saw. I went back to the part where I walked outside and noticed the strange light out there with me. It sort of moved off to one side a bit and hovered there until I walked back inside then it started moving around to the spot I was just standing in. It was weird, like it was checking me out or waiting for me to move before it came back to where I was standing on the road. At around 4:46 am a car pulled up of to the right side of the screen. After a few seconds I noticed the light moving the opposite direction from whoever was exiting the car. I've never seen anything like this before in my life.

Note: The witness did not see the light and only could see the light through his security camera. I suspect that the security camera was detecting light in the near infrared and the strange light was only visible in the infrared. (The video was taken by Swann Security cameras. These cameras have infrared illiminator lights - flashlights and detect images in the infrared.) The light did move away from the car lights. Later the witness went out to check the light and the camera showed that the light moved away from the witness. (Due to space limitations this portion of the video is not posted.) As pointed out by the witness the light seems to move away from the car lights. The Light moves back and forth (left to right and right to left) in a repeating pattern. The "breadth" of this pattern varies through the video clip. (The witness sent a 10 minute series of clips. One minute and 12 seconds were extracted from this footage for this report.) The light is more than a reflection off of the building across the street because the light is still visible when it moves away from the garage.
