Location of Sighting: Western Part of Ft. Worth, Texas

Description: The witness called within 24 hours of her sighting. She said that she was walking her dog and noticed rotating (swirling) lights in the eastern sky. Skies were cloudy, but according to the witness the clouds were high. The lights stayed in the same area of the sky and the witness saw them for about 10 minutes. The witness stated that the lights were similar to the October 10, 2009 video taken in Ft. Worth.

Note: I don't know for sure what the witness sighted, but my inclination is to believe that it was a reflection of ground lights from the high clouds. However, the witness stated that she has never seen these lights and she regularly walks her at the same time (including cloudy nights). (The weather observation at Ft. Worth showed a few clouds at 7,000 feet with mostly cloudy skies layered at 8,500 and 12,000 feet.) The heights of these clouds were higher than the October 10 sighting referred to above, but would be better labeled as "middle clouds" rather than high clouds.
