Location of Sighting: New Orleans, Louisiana

Description: This wa told to me by my son who whishes to remain anonymous. I witnessed the power outages from inside my home. A large Blue Light flashed 3 times from an eastern direction in New Orleans' sky. Sighting was from the middle of the city of New Orleans. The power outage occurred after the blue light flashed blinking 3 times

Note: It is possible that the blue light flashes were the result of the power outage rather than the cause of it. Not much is known about this sighting and I received no response to the questions that I sent to the witness.
