Oakdale is About 100 Miles East of San Franciso.

Location of Sighting: Oakdale, California

Description: From the North traveling South, a solid red bright with no sound traveled over our house. The light stopped for 3 to 5 minutes, then gave off a few bright red flashes and shot off to the Southwest and disappeared.

Second Report by Witness: The size of the light was about 1/10 the size of a full moon. When it shot out of sight, it was like a bullet. I have never seen anything like it!

Note: The report was obviously brief, but quite unusual. Assuming that the report is accurate I have no explanation for this sighting. Another similar report was received in Oakdale area. Click here to read this report.
