Description: The object that I saw was 25% smaller then the moon and it flashed for about ten seconds, then it faded away. The picture was taken in Östersund, Sweden and the skies were clear, the temperature was -24 degrees celsius and the moon was full. The camera was Canon Powershot A580 and I took the photo with a 2x optical zoom. I mailed the UFO-page in Sweden, but they didn't have any answer.

Note: I don't have any answer either. I don't think that the lights are balloons. There is no indications that the photo was tampered with.
