Description: An Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) was observed and noted below:
I saw two orange lights moving really fast. The Sky was clear, but the objects were difficult to see. They looked "intermittent" more like "phasing in and out."

Note: The witness didn't say much about what he saw. No information was conveyed in why the lights were thought to be unusual.
