Description: The witness called immediately after his sighting. He was laying in bed looking out the window. He saw a bright red object with a trail descending toward the trees. The object emitted a "jet-like" sound. He saw the object for about five seconds.

Note: This report sounds like a meteor fireball. There were some reports of fireballs in Massachusetts and Indiana on the same night close to the same time of this sighting.
