Description: I found this image on a memory card from last year's visit to Seattle, Washington. The exact date is unknown. (My computer marks the date as to when it is input to my hard drive.) I didn't notice the object when I was taking the pictures. Best regards, no name tourist.
Additional Information Supplied by Witness (In Response to Questions): I took the photo in May. I used a "New Vogue" a cheap 50 dollar camera that came with a memory card. This picture was only sharpened and auto contrast which is a default setting for input images to my computer. The memory card file was deleted after upload which I failed to mention during or communications. Sorry.
Note: Analysis has revealed that this photo has been edited. (It is not known what software was used to edit the photo.) Apparently the witness's computer "auto edited" the photo when it was transferred from the camera memory card.
