Description: Hi, I am extremely excited to be sending you this latest picture! Some friends of mine recently went camping on a beach in Brean, Somerset, UK. There was about eight of them in the party. Most of which are skeptical in pretty much all areas of the paranormal like orbs,ghosts,multi-dimensions etc & especially Ufology! So this makes it a very special photo for me, as I know the guys wouldn't make this up & tell lies. It was 00.40am 5th June 2009. They had just had a BBQ and were relaxing when my friend Stan in the blue cap suddenly saw something out the corner of his eye. He stopped what he was doing and fixed his gaze on a flickering orange object in the late night/early morning sky. My other friend Buzby saw Stan staring and looked himself. When he also saw this orange flicker he grabbed his camera and immediately took 3 or more pictures before the light just 'went out'. They don't know if it flew off at high speed or just 'cloaked.' The sighting only lasted around 8 seconds and before my friend Stu (with his back to the orange light) could turn around to see what the fuss was all about it had gone! Stan & Buzby were both a little shook up by this incident and Stu didn't believe them entirely until they got home and saw it on their large PC screen (it was too small in camera view-finder). It wasn't the moon by the way, there was no moon at that time they told me. I truly believe everything they told me. Also if you look carefully it appears to have an opening to the top left, as if maybe a window. The opening seems to be about a quarter ajar. I am not sure if I am seeing things, but a friend says if you zoom right into the orange ball it appears to maybe show a face. I hope you have good software in order to allow you to enhance. Please let me know what you think. I have added some 'zoom-ins' including negative close-ups. Kind regards.

Note: The photo was sent by a friend of the photographer's. The photos received have been edited so it cannot be proved that they are authentic. Computations using U.S. Naval Observatory software show that the moon was visible to the southwest and was 93% illuminated (nearly full) at the time and location of the sighting. The apparent sudden disappearance noted by the witnesses could have been due to the moon being "blotted out by a cloud" not obvious in the night sky. Conclusion: The witnesses photographed the moon.
