Location of Sighting: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada (Suburb Few Miles East of Vancouver)

Description: My 2 daughters, my wife and stepson witnessed a red sphere shaped object in the eastern sky. The object moved from south to north at roughly the speed of a satellite, then abruptly changed direction and headed south in the direction and almost same line of travel in which it came. Then the object headed in an eastern direction until it disappeared from our sight.

Note: The witness has described an aerial object that exhibited unusual behavior. I have no explanation for this sighting.
