Location of Sighting: Williams, Oregon (SW OR About 20 Miles From CA Border)

Description: I saw a bright (white) light (approximately the size of Venus) moving quickly from west- southwest to the north-northeast. It travelled from horizon to horizon in about 1 minute. I saw no visible contrail and did not hear any sound.

Note: The witness sighted the International Space Station.
