A Black Disk About the Size of the Moon Tilts and Lolls Upwards
Austin is in Southeastern Texas.

Location of Sighting: Austin, Texas
Description: A black disk about the size of the moon appeared to the West of me. It caught my eye so I stood up to take a better look beyond the tree line. It seemed to tilt and loll upwards for a couple of seconds, then it slowed almost to a stop. As it slowed several light tendrils sequentially emitted from all sides of it, seemingly randomly. The ends of the larger tendrils had a reddish-white light that flashed for only a brief moment. Immediately after that it tilted again and seemed to drop towards the north out of my viewing range.
