Bandera is in Southeastern Texas
About 20 Miles Northwest of San Antonio.

Description: I had just gotten off of work and my husband just left for work. I was sitting under our carport facing the street when I noticed a triangle shaped object with the rear bowed inward instead of straight. It was covered in white lights and moving northeastward. It was still dark and very cloudy with the clouds moving southwestward. The lights were faded, probably due to the clouds. From my view it was about 2 and half inches wide and half the size in length. The weird part was that it was more like I was looking at the side instead of the bottom as one wing tip pointed up and the other pointed down. It's speed was like that of a birthday balloon flowing through the air, but it was silent and on a straight path with no bumpy movements. I watched as it went behind trees and ran out to the street to follow, but lost it. Then I quickly called my husband to tell him. I did not get a picture of any kind as by the time it registered in my head and I ran to the street, it was gone.

Note: I have written to the witness to request a sketch. We get many reports of flying triangles, but this description is somewhat different with the "bowed" edges. This report was in daylight. Most reports that we receive are at night. A check of weather conditions for nearby San Antonio showed that a few low clouds (700 feet bases) were present at the time of the sighting. Skies were overcast at 25,000 feet. A few minutes earlier skies were overcast at 700 feet so there must have been patches of very low level cloudiness in the area. It was very humid with humidy at 88%. Winds were calm.

There are several military bases in San Antonio so perhaps the object could be from one of the bases?
