Craft Shaped Like Arrowhead Flies West, Hovers, & Reverses Direction
Dublin is on the East Coast of Ireland.

Description: What I saw in the sky was an aircraft which was shaped like an arrowhead at the front with wings. The front of the craft came to a sharp point rather like the cursor on computer screens. In fact the object was quite similar to a cursor. It was flying very high I would estimate at space station height. It was yellow or gold colored, but there were no other lights visible around it. It was traveling in an east to west direction and in a straight line. It hovered in the sky and I was looking directly overhead at it. It then spun around in an counterclockwise direction in a full circle and then spun around in a clockwise fashion full circle. The movement was fast almost as if the craft bounced in the sky. It then flew back in the direction in which it come. I observed the craft spin around in a way that no man-made craft could have done. This was not a light in the sky, but was a distinct craft of some type and did not orbit like the space station. The size is not easy to assess from that height, but it certainly appeared quite a bit bigger than the space station. The sighting only lasted a short time. It stopped for a number of seconds, completed the movement as described and then disappeared behind the clouds. All of this happened so fast and was so unexpected that I don't have any photo or video evidence.
