Cone Like Object With Alternating Lights Seen in Night SkyDate of Sighting: March 14, 2010
Time of Sighting: 10:30 PM PDT
Location of Sighting: East Los Angeles, California
Description: I saw what looked like a flying cone with alternating lights. It was flying higher than the average plane around here. It was heading east and then I lost sight of it. A few seconds later it seemed as if it were coming back, but it aligned with another object in the sky. It stayed put for a few seconds and then took off. I have never seen lights like that in my life!
Note: Flying cone shaped objects are rarely reported. I have requested a sketch from the witness. Any updates will be posted.
