Elk City is in Western Oklahoma About 100 Miles West of Oklahoma City.

Description: I took this photo with my Iphone. The photo was taken in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Note: The witness has not been responsive with respect to circumstances of when and why the photo was taken. The date and time of the photo are not known. (He sent the photo on Sunday, November 14, 2010 and the photo appears to have been taken from a church.) For this reason it is assumed that the photo was taken the same day that it was sent. Also the witness did not respond to questions regarding if he saw the object or if he only noticed when viewing the photo. Analysis indicates that the photo has been edited. This photo is probably a hoax.
