Description: The witness sent several photos taken on different dates. Only one photo is displayed in this report. The witness stated that he did not see the objects in the photos, but only discovered after viewing the photos. The photos have been edited by the witness with annotations. I have written to the witness to obtain more information. Updates will be posted.
