Four Witness 10 Bright Airborne Orange Objects Moving North

The witness called and reported her sighting about 24 hours after it occurred. She was in her backyard and noticed a bright orange light moving from the south towards the north-northeast. She went and called three of her neighbors who also witnessed the light. Nine more lights moved across the sky in the same direction as the first light. She described the lights as bright like a "Chinese Lantern."
Note: I think that the witness's observation speaks for itself that the objects could very well have been Chinese Lanterns. A check of the winds in the lower 5,000 feet of the atmosphere shows that the winds were from the south. Therefore the objects (Chinese Lanterns) were moving with the wind.
