About 100 Miles North-Northeast of Phoenix.

The witness called three days after his sighting. He saw what he described as a "fish-like" object that was metallic. The object in opposite arc to the curvature of the Earth. The object was only visible for about one minute. The object had blinking red and blue lights and was about 50% the size of a full moon. One other witness saw the object.
