Description:
You know it just come down to be seen. I continue to document that they are operating in many configurations, and beyond the perception of vision at times, but delectable with a camera or video. They were present in the states as in other countries operating in the same fashion where it took place took this is insignificant in my opinion. I have also taken videos in the states (Bay Area of California). I will move to share more, but the detail will remain the same.
Note: The witness sent the video with instructions to look it in slow motion to see the object. It appears in one frame (see above) that the object passes behind the contrail. If this is true, this eliminates birds, insects, etc and means that the object was some type of craft. A "saturation" effect could also make it appear that the object passed behind the contrail. For some unknown reason the witness will not answer my question where in France the video was taken. (He says that it is insignificant.) His report was confusing so it has been edited to clarify his comments.
