Description: The footage you are about to see was on the 6 PM local News story about The Colonel Williams news clip. The first you will see is a white orb seemingly on its own power.
Watch for the white globe traveling from left to right which disappears behind his head, and comes out of the right side of his head and shoots up seemingly on its own power and probably intelligently controlled.
