2 See Bright Orange Object Flying Below Clouds
Highland is About 20 Miles Southeast of Chicago.

The witness called about an hour after his sighting and left a voice-mail. I subsequently called him back and interviewed him. He stated that he was watching TV with a friend. He was laying on the floor and noticed the light through the window. He said that the object did not flash, was of bright orange color and was slightly larger than a bright star. The object began flashing alternately red and orange when it moved closer to the horizon. The object was observed for slightly more than one minute. Skies were cloudy at the time of the sighting.
Note: The object would have likely been below 15,000 feet given that skies were mostly cloudy at that level. Winds were brisk from the south-southwest with gusts to 27 mph.
