Silver Dot Seen in Sky. Dot Changed Directions & Then Moved in Circles
Hillsborough is in North Central North Carolina About 30 Miles Northwest of Raleigh.

Description: I saw just a silver dot. It looked like a satellite as I watched it move north to south at about a 50 degree angle in the sky. I thought it was a satellite until I saw it change directions and start turning tight circles. Occasionally it would take off in a straight line then stop and change directions by 180 degrees. It would then stop and go in tight circles both clockwise and counter clockwise. At times it would stop completely.
Note: The witness certainly saw something unusual given the variety of aerial maneuvers observed.
