Laguna Hills is About 40 Miles Southeast of Downtown Los Angeles.

Description: My son and I were outside when we noticed a bright round light go up and down and then side to side right above the tree line. This light would get bright and then dim as if it was getting closer to us and then back away from us. It finally sunk below the tree line as if it disappeared into the houses. Immediately after a police helicopter circled the area of the bright light for over 10 minutes as if they spotted it as well. This was NOT an airplane or helicopter by the way it zoomed across the sky like a computer cursor!
Note: No helicopter sound was heard on the video. The video has been muted because of some of the language used. The light does move in the video as described by the witness in his report.
