Man Sees Bright Object Dim & Then Disappear in Night Sky
Levittown is in Eastern Pennsylvania
A Few Miles Southwest of Trenton, New Jersey.
Date of Sighting: July 22, 2010
Time of Sighting: 3 AM EDT
Location of Sighting: Levittown, Pennsylvania (See Map)
Description: I live in Levittown PA section of blue ridge and the object was out my east window facing in the middle of the sky. It was illuminated for about 1 minute then dimmed almost into nothing, but I could see the outline of it. It stood still for about 15 seconds then went westward. I could still the outline of the object, but after 5 seconds of it moving westward it disintegrated into nothing and it was gone. This happened around 3:00 AM. (this was around the same time I saw the first one in the same spot in the sky.) I hope you could explain to me what is going on out here because after doing some research on my town they say our town has been a hot spur for UFO activity.
Note: The witness's description is somewhat incomplete. I have written to clarify more details regarding his sighting. Updates will be posted.
Update: July 24, 2010: The witness said that the object was round in shape, but that it was difficult to make a shape determination because of the distance of the object.
