Bright White Light Seen Moving Northward in Morning SkyDate of Sighting: February 4, 2010
Time of Sighting: 5:40 AM PST
Location of Sighting: Los Angeles, California
Description: I was walking from Ferndale at Griffith Park in Los Angeles. I looked up and saw a bright white light moving from south to north. It seemed to be low enough that if it were a plane the strobe and wing lights would have been clearly visible and any sound would have been very audible. I continued to watch this object for almost 5 minutes until it got far enough to go to the clouds.
Note: The witness likely saw the International Space Station which was visible in the early morning sky near the time mentioned by the witness.
