Woman & Granddaughter See Airborne Silver Orbs
Marietta is About 10 Miles Northwest of Downtown Atlanta.

The witness and her granddaughter had just finished shopping and had ordered lunch at a nearby drive-in restaurant. They noticed at first what appeared to be paper ascending in the air. However, there was no wind and the "apparent paper" appeared to a have metallic shine. The objects continued to ascend and then a "red light" began blinking. The objects stopped for a time and arose higher than a passenger plane which flew over the area where the objects were seen. When I commented that balloons are frequently seen the witness stated with conviction that the objects were not balloons.
