Man Sees Quick Moving Yellow Flying Saucer in Night Sky
Medford is in Southwest Oregon Near the California Border.

Time of Sighting: 10:23 PM PDT

Description: The witness called a few minutes after his sighting. He was outside emptying his garbage and he at once saw a large yellow saucer shaped light move rapidly upward and vanish. Fire appeared to coming out of the bottom of the object. The object was only visible for about 7 seconds. The witness stated that his dog and many neighborhood dogs became excited when the light appeared. The dogs barked after the light appeared. The witness said that it was very unusual for any dogs to bark at that time in his area. He felt that the object was close to the ground and he heard no sound. The object was about 50% the size of a full moon. The object was visible in the area of the constellation Orion.
Note: I interviewed the witness and he seemed credible and quickly answered all of the questions that I posed. No other reports have been received, but in June several reports have been received from Western Oregon. It is not known if these sightings are related.
