Man Sees Silver Metallic Oval Shaped Object Hover & Move Erratically

Location of Sighting: Few Miles West of Modesto, California on Highway 132. (See Map)
Description: The witness called and reported his sighting about 2 weeks after it occurred. He was traveling eastbound on highway 132 a few miles west of Modesto, California. Nearly straight ahead he saw an oval shaped metallic object hovering. He called attention to his wife and she also saw the object. He stopped and pulled over to get a better look at the object. The object then took off suddenly at a high rate of speed and abruptly stopped and hovered over mountains that the witness estimated to be about 5 miles away. The object then took off and disappeared. The witness stated that no known aircraft could perform these manueuvers.
