Circular Object With Lights Around Perimeter Hovers in Night Sky
Murrieta is in Southern California About 50 Miles East-Southeast of Los Angeles.

Description: I saw a circular object and I'm not sure of a size. It was hovering over a neighborhood that was southwest of the Rite Aid store (California Oaks Road) located in Murrieta, California. It had lights going around the diameter and a larger light in the center of it. I tried to take a picture, but it disappeared before I retrieved my camera.
Note: We have been receiving many reports of circular objects lately. It would have been nice to have obtained a photo. Anyone else who observed this object is urged to file a report.
