The witnesses were on their balcony relaxing and saw a bright green cylindrical object streak across the sky. The object streaked across the sky in about 1/2 second. The object was below the clouds. The object was described as a "Giant Glow Stick." No sound was heard.

Comments Received From One of Witnesses on June 26, 2010: The sky was partly cloudy (50/50). The clouds were big and billowy and had large breaks between them. The UFO lit up the bottom of the clouds as it streaked below them. Visibility was clear between the clouds and below the clouds. There was no "fog" visible on the beach or out at sea as we were also watching the distant lights of two boats that were quite some distance offshore. (Comments received from the father.)

Note: I doubt if this object was a meteor because no trail was seen and weather conditions were somewhat inclement (foggy conditions) with visibilities less than one mile noted at the time of the sighting. Also meteors would not have a distinctive shape (cylindrical) and would be more of the "fireball" variety. The witness said that they were watching stars. This could be construed as conflicting with her statement that the object was below the clouds. However, the fog was likely localized and some stars could have been visible between fog patches.
