About 15 Miles Southwest of Tampa.

Location of Sighting: Pinellas Park, Florida (See Map)
Description: I WAS IN THE BACK YARD WORKING AND NOTICED A JET'S CONTRAIL IN THE SKY. I WAS WATCHING THE PLANE WHEN I NOTICED SOMETHING SEEMED LIKE IT WAS FLYING IN FRONT OF IT. IT STAYED WITH IT WHILE IT FLEW OVER.

Update: March 3, 2011: The radar analysis map above "likely" shows the aircraft photographed by the witness. The aircraft flying southeast (left red arrow on map) could be the aircraft photographed. The radar map does not show "tracking" of any unknown objects, but several returns are shown which are likely weather related and surface returns (cars). These type of returns are normal near the radar antenna which is a Tampa Airport.
