Man Finds Unusual Object in Photo of Monument
Photo and Enlargement of Object.
Put-In-Bay is on South Bass Island on Lake Erie a Few Miles Off the Ohio Shoreline.

Description: I was on South Bass Island, Ohio (Put-in-Bay) over the 4th of July weekend, and I took a picture of Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial. I was riding my bike past the Memorial, and the sun was directly behind the top of the structure making the top of the Monument glow. I took the following picture. I didn't notice anything until I printed the picture out today. Just to the right of the Monument, about half way up, is something in the air. At first I thought it might be a bird or helicopter, but when I zoomed in, I couldn't believe what it looked like. I remember the moment that I took the picture quite clearly, and it was very calm and quiet. If a plane or helicopter were flying nearby, I would have heard them. Anyway, I'm attaching the photo for you to examine. Please let me know if you need any further information.
Note: The photo was taken with a Samsung SCH-U900 Digital camera (Verizon Wireless Cell Phone). The camera has a maximum resolution of 3 mega-pixels. Analysis indicates that this photo was likely edited from the original version.
