Still Image of White Object Extracted From Video.

Sanger is About 50 Miles Northwest of Dallas.

Description: The witness first sent the video and then followed up with a phone call explaining what he saw. He was driving on a farm road in a rural area near Sanger, Texas and noticed a very bright object by the clouds. (Sanger is a small town with a population of about 2,000.) At first he thought that the object was a plane. The object would move back and forth faster than you "could blink your eyes." The object also would move up and down very quickly. The object was dark on the bottom and the top half was "spinning." The object remained in one general area so the witness stopped and took a video with his Iphone. He used the "5X" zoom setting when taking the footage. The battery on his Iphone went dead after a few minutes or he would have taken more footage. He said that he had conversed over an hour on the phone earlier in the day which left little charge in the battery. He observed the object for about 3 and 1/2 minutes. He said that the object "shot straight up" and was instantly gone. The object was not round, but was described as egg shaped. He said that no one was in the area at the time of the sighting. The object emitted no sound.

Note: This is one of the better reports that I have ever received. The witness report combined with video footage strengthens the veracity of the sighting. The witness was very sincere and quite startled by what he saw. He correctly stated that no known aircraft can execute moves like this craft did. Unfortunately his cell phone battery went dead or about 30 seconds more of footage would have been taken and would have showed the abrupt departure of the object. This video also doesn't "look too good to be true" as many hoaxed videos do. I don't believe that this was any military craft (including drones) given the aerial movements. What explanation does that leave?
