Man Sees 10 or More Orange Globes That Moved Thru Air Like "Bubbles"

The witness called and left a voice message with his sighting of the previous night. He stated that he saw 10 or more orange globes that appeared to be floating over Monterey Bay. He likened their movement as similar to soap bubbles, but said that the objects moved with "velocity" indicating that they were moving faster than would objects drifting with the wind. No sound was heard. Three other witnesses saw the objects.
