Driver Stops Car & Views 4 Red Orbs Flying Below Cloud Cover
Santa Cruz is About 50 Miles South of San Francisco.

Description: I saw 4 red orbs flying below cloud cover at 8:40 pm & stopped car to get out and observe. Another driver did the same. The orbs were very odd and they were definitely not aircraft.
