Couple See Orange Cylindrical Object Go Into Clouds

The witness called and left a voice-mail the day after his sighting. I subsequently called him back and interviewed him. He stated that he and his wife saw an orange round "cylindrical" object was moving slowly across the sky. The object entered and exited the clouds. The witness attempt to tape the object with his camcorder. He sent the video, but the object is not obvious. (The witness said that he couldn't find the object in his view finder.) The object emitted no sound and was visible for about 15 minutes.
Note: The video has been viewed and a still image was extracted showing the area of the sky where the object was observed. The red highlight on the image above shows what could be the object. The witness used a Canon 41X Advanced Zoom FS 200 Camcorder. Anyone who may have seen this report is urged to file a report.
