Man Sees Strange Aerial Lights in Direction of Whiteman Air Force Base

The witness went outside to let his dog out. He noticed to the west towards Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB) lights jumping up and down, moving in circular patterns and two lights appeared to be "chasing each other." The witness said that he has never seen anything like this and he doesn't consider himself to be a believer in UFOS.
Note: UFO sightings are not new to Whiteman AFB. The base houses nuclear weapons and is a base for Stealth bombers. In the past we have received reports from base personnel who were privy to UFO sightings on the base.
