Man Has Sees Huge Triangular Object That Hovered & Streaked Away

The witness called the morning of his sighting. He was quite excited by what he saw. He went outside in the middle of the night to check on a cat that was ill. While walking outside he took disposed of some recycling material. While calling his cat he saw a huge triangular object coming up the street about 400 feet above the ground. The object moved toward him, stopped, and hovered over him. The object was "shimmering like pavement on a hot day." It was blue-green/yellow-orange and was metallic. The object emitted no sound. After about 45 seconds the object abruptly streaked away. He heard "slight wind" sound when the object streaked away. Earlier the witness was discussing a UFO sighting that another couple had experienced. He thought that the encounter could have been related to this phone call. He felt like he was "being watched."
