Witness Sees Bright Object Coming Out of the Water

Description: I live down the street from a public access beach. It was Mother's Day of 2010 about four in the morning. We had nothing to do so we walked down the beach. We were sitting on a bench down by the water and a really bright figure laid over the water. My friends said it was a boat, but I thought otherwise. It kept getting bigger and bigger. We left before we really knew what it was, but somehow I think it was something coming out of the water. It was not a boat I know that and I know it wasn't a buoy or a dock. I grew up here and I know these waters like the back of my hands.
