Couple See Up to 9 Orange Lights Hovering in the Sky
Victoria Harbour is About 100 Miles North-Northwest of Buffalo, New York.

Description: It was about an half hour before New Years when my wife and I saw up to 9 orange lights hovering in the sky. They where disappearing and appearing for about 15 to 20 minutes. I researched it on computer and found out that a lot of other people in California and places on the other side of the world saw orange lights. The clips that I have seen are the same as what I saw.
Note: The description of this report resembles "Chinese Lanterns." Chinese lanterns are launched by some to celebrate New Years. However, many of the other orb sightings that we have received do fit the characteristics of Chinese lanterns.
