Sighting Reports 2010
Couple See 3 Lights in Triangular Formation Level With Clouds.
West Bloomfield is About 25 Miles Northwest of Detroit.

Description: My wife and I were driving down Williams Lake Road which dead ends into Union Lake. About 1.5 Miles from the lake my wife noticed 3 orange lights in the sky. They were about level with the clouds and formed a very large triangle. The lights did not move for over a minute and then the point of the triangle slowly moved in between the other two lights forming a straight line. The lights did not blink, but almost flickered like a candle. The lake was also completely frozen and covered in snow so it wasn't a reflection. After we made a second turn in the car the Lights fell behind cloud cover.
Note: At the time of the sighting skies were cloudy with bases at 2,900 feet. Winds were gusting to 23 MPH from the north.
