Photo & Enlargement of Cylindrical Silver Object.

Allenton is in Southeastern Wisconsin
About 80 Miles East-Northeast of Madison.

Description: The witness was leaving work and immediately noticed a cylindrical (cigar shaped) silver object in the western sky right around sunset. The object was not moving and was reflecting the sun's rays. He immediately snapped a photo of the object. He then moved around to another side of a building to try to get a better look at the object. By the time he was in view the object had vanished. The witness used a Sony Cybershot 5.0 million pixel camera.

Note: An enlargement of the photo (see above) shows an object that lacks symmetry. Who knows what this is? It definitely was not a rocket (or model rocket) because it was stationary.

Comments Received July 11, 2011: I saw a similar object like this one about one month ago over Phoenixville, PA. I was driving near home and looked up at the sky and saw what looked like a white ribbon hanging VERTICALLY. It had small waves in it as though it really was a white ribbon. If you hold your hand out in front of you, it would be the approximate relative length. It was very narrow. I did not get a picture. I think there was a lot of blue sky around it and very few clouds. I thought it was some strange cloud.
