Object Flickering Orange, Yellow, Red, & Some White Hovers in Night Sky
Bonney Lake is About 15 Miles Southeast of Downtown Tacoma, Washington.
Date of Sighting: March 23, 2011
Time of Sighting: 2 AM PDT

Description: I was having trouble sleeping and came downstairs, when I looked toward the Northwest and saw a light which I thought at first was a plane. However, it hardly moved other than to flicker brighter, then dimmer. The colors were orange, yellow, red, with some white. The object was too far away to discern much detail, but when I got out our binoculars I could see the object seemed to tilt back and forth sometimes seeming to appear flat and round other times appearing to be more sliver-like. The object didn't seem to light up anything around it, but the colors and brightness were intense. I watched it for about 10 or 15 minutes, then went back upstairs. About 10 minutes passed, and my curiosity got the best of me so I went back downstairs and the object was gone. I waited for another 10 minutes and finally returned to bed without seeing the object again.
