Sighting Reports 2011 Man Sees 2 Lights Offset Then Joined by a Third to Create a Triangle

Bremerton is on the Kitsap Peninsula About 20 Miles West of Seattle.

Description:
Direction sighted - East Southeast of Chico, Washington as seen from NW Chico Way near King's West School and Chico Christian Childcare Center.
Size - Indeterminate
Shape - Two lights offset then joined by a third to create a triangle. No movement from the original two lights was observed. After one minute of observation the third light (bottom left hand corner of triangle) moved off in a Northeasterly direction fading in strength and brightness. The original two lights faded from view possibly moving in direction of sight away from viewpoint. No noise accompanied the sighting.
Motion - Hovering, then moving.
Two lights hovering offset and then were joined by a 3rd light to create a triangle.
Color - Originally solid colored (yellow/white). Then the color shifted to random pale flashing colors similar to a star seen through binoculars. (EG: Polaris on a clear night.)
Note: Skies were mostly clear at the time of the sighting. Some areas of ground fog were reported.
