Aerial White Light Changes to Red, Green and Blue in Shape of Triangle
Ceres is in North-Central California
About 100 Miles East of San Francisco.

Description: It was around 8 PM. I was outside my home on the phone and in the horizon over the line of sight for the homes in my neighborhood. I noticed a very bright white round light. I first thought it was maybe a plane or helicopter except the flight pattern was not anything either of these craft could do. It flew in a semi circle, then descended then ascended. There was no sound at all. Then the white light went off, then changed to red green and blue in the shape of a triangle. Then the lights changed to all white again. Then it went low, then high and then completely vanished. This went on about 10 minutes.
